Refund and Returns Policy
At Blissful, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund or return is necessary. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a return or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Wrong Product Received: If you have received the wrong product (e.g., the wrong size, type, or quantity), please notify us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.
Unopened and Unused Products: Sanitary pads, being a personal hygiene product, can only be returned if unopened and unused. If the seal is broken or the packaging is tampered with, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Change of Mind: Due to the nature of sanitary products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the product is opened or used.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds for Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product when requesting a refund.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via email or through our contact form on the website. Include your order number and details of the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect product). Once we verify the issue, we will process the refund, which may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-refundable Items: For sanitary pads that have been opened or used, or for items purchased outside of our 7-day return window, refunds will not be issued.
3. Return Process
Return Authorization: All returns require authorization. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will reimburse return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee may apply for returns in certain cases, especially if the item is returned opened or used (not applicable for defective or wrong items).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for Damaged/Defective Products: We will exchange any damaged or defective sanitary pads with a new product of the same type. You will not be charged additional shipping for this exchange.
Exchange Requests: For exchanges, please follow the same process as for returns, and our customer service team will guide you through the process.
